Description

During high-intensity and/or long-duration exercise, a certain decrease in glycogen energy reserves occurs. Numerous scientific works show that taking from 30g to 120g of carbohydrates/hour during exercise helps reduce the effect of fatigue, muscle damage and improve physical performance1,2. The ND3® formula provides per service: -56g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 maltodextrin:fructose ratio. -1,500 mg of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 8:1:1 ratio, providing an extra contribution of L-leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.) -Vitamins: E (45% VRN), C (45% VRN), B1 (19% VRN), B6 (21% VRN) and Magnesium (15% VRN). Formula without additives. It does not contain gluten, lactose, fiber, fats and is suitable for vegans. ND3® comes in a recyclable container with 800 g of powder.
