BRYO® is an enriched soluble cocoa for children and young people that has been reformulated. The new formula includes carob and natural banana, which reduce the glycaemic index of the shake, providing an exceptional balance of essential nutrients that promote optimal development in the growth stage.

BRYO^® CONTAIN:

• A source of high biological quality proteins, following WHO recommendations: two thirds are animal proteins, derived solely from whey, and one third are of vegetable origin, derived from high quality, non-GMO soya protein isolate. This composition contributes to the development and maintenance of muscle mass, as well as bone health.

• A carbohydrate mix composed of several sources: cocoa, carob, banana, inulin, fructose and maltodextrin, combining proportions that make up a low glycaemic index cocoa. This feature helps prevent sudden spikes in blood sugar.

• Essential fatty acids, mainly linoleic acid and omega-3, to counteract deficiencies caused by low consumption of oily fish, which is common in this population group. Phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol) and royal jelly are also included.

• Soluble prebiotic fibre acting as a nutrient for the many bacteria that reside in the gut, nourishing them and promoting their health.

• Calcium and phosphorus. A 20g shake prepared with milk provides 40% of the nutritional reference values promoting optimal bone growth and maintenance.

• Iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, iodine and manganese are essential minerals for the normal functioning of the body. A daily 20g shake prepared with milk provides more than 25% of the Nutritional Reference Value (NRV) of these minerals.

• All the vitamins B, C, D and E.  A daily 20g shake prepared with milk provides more than 20% of the NRV.
