During high intensity and/or long duration exercise there is a high carbohydrate consumption as well as a certain loss of water and electrolytes, as well as a certain catabolism of muscle fibres which can alter physical performance.

The ND4® GEL 2:1 formula is composed of:

- Carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio.

- 200 mg sodium (Na+) to help replenish sodium lost through sweat1,3

- Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 6:1:1 ratio, providing an extra supply of L-leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.).

With proper digestive training, the 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio allows up to 120g of carbohydrates/hour to be assimilated by not saturating cellular transporters2 .

ND4® GEL 2.1 is available with 30g of carbs per serving and the XL version with 45g, providing multiple combinations to customise intake from 30-45-60-75-90-105 and up to 120g of carbs/hour.

The orange flavour is free from artificial colours, sweeteners and flavourings.

It contains no gluten, lactose, fibre, fat and is suitable for vegans.

ND4® GEL 2:1 comes in a display of 18 sachets.

INFISPORT® recommends a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
