nd4® long distance combines different sources of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio glucose vs fructose and bcaa amino acids (100% ajinomoto co.) in the proportion of 6:1:1, l-glutamine (kyowa quality®) and electrolytes.

During long-distance exercise, glycogen deposits stored in the liver and muscles start to gradually decrease as they are used to produce energy throughout the activity. Continuous consumption causes fatigue and, as a consequence, our physical performance falls.
Numerous scientific studies show that taking 30-120 g4 of carbohydrates per hour during exercise contributes to reducing the effects of fatigue and improves physical performance.
Moreover, long periods of exercise result in a loss of water and electrolytes and cause some degree of muscle catabolism, which may affect physical performance.
ND4® Long Distance contains carbohydrates in the ratio of 2:1 glucose vs fructose, allowing a higher oxidation per unit of time2. Each serving provides 60 grams of carbohydrates, obtaining solutions with a high energy value.
It contains high-quality amino acids; each serving provides: 2g of BCAA in the proportion of 6:1:1 (100% Ajinomoto Co.) and 1g of L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®).
Following the recommendations of the main sports medicine organisations1,3, regarding the sodium concentration required in sports drinks for them to be effective, the product contains a sodium concentration of 1,000mg/litre. For each serving 500mg.
It contains magnesium and vitamin B6, which helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Its vitamin C, B1, B2 and B6 content contributes to obtaining a normal energetic metabolism.
It also contains selenium and vitamin C and E, which contribute to protecting cells from oxidative damage.
Once reconstituted in water, ND4® Long Distance forms an isotonic solution.
