TOP 50/50 RECOVERY 1:1 Leucine+ is a nutritional supplement designed for post-exercise recovery in one-hour, high-intensity sports. Its new formula provides:
✓Ratio of 1 part carbohydrate to 1 part protein in order to increase muscle mass. The chocolate flavour provides 25g of carbohydrates, 25g of protein with 9.70g of essential amino acids per serving.
✓High quality protein from whey isolate (ISOLAC®), soy protein isolate and hydrolysed collagen protein rich in essential amino acids and low in fat. Protein has been scientifically proven to help maintain and increase muscle mass under physical strain.
✓L-Leucine (100% Ajinomoto Co.) the main essential amino acid that cannot be synthesised by the body and is essential for the activation of the mTOR pathway and protein synthesis.
✓L-glutamine (Kyowa Quality®) a non-essential amino acid synthesised by the body and involved in numerous vital functions. In catabolic states caused by trauma, long duration and/or high intensity sports, plasma levels may be reduced as its requirements increase.
✓Per serving 50% NRV of vitamins A, D, E, C and group B. Vitamin C, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12 help reduce fatigue and vitamin C, E and B2 help protect cells against oxidative damage.
